Homemade Vegan Mac & Cheese (thanks to tommyxvx for the inspiration)
-1 lb of macaroni
-1.5-2 cups of shredded, cheddar flavor Daiya Cheese (depending on how cheesy your preference is)
-2 cups of your choice of dairy-free milk
-salt to taste
In large pot of boiling water, cook macaroni until done. Drain. In medium saucepan, over medium heat milk and cheese, stirring until completely melted. Pour heated cheese mixture into pot of macaroni and stir until blended. Done.
